Spring Hill College is a private Jesuit school located in Mobile, Alabama. It was established in 1830 by Bishop Michael Portier of Mobile. As the state's oldest college or university, it also holds the title of the first Catholic college in the South. It ranks as the fifth-oldest Catholic college in the United States and the third-oldest member of the Association of Jesuit Colleges and Universities.
